3D modelling and renders

Our 3D modellers use the exact specifications along with specialist software to recreate structural designs that bring traditional architectural drawings to life. It is an excellent way to visualise a project for clients and stakeholders alike. Realistic and accurate, 3D models provide a level of depth and can be used for a multitude of uses, from virtual tours and facility management, to test fitouts, renovation planning and marketing collateral.

When it comes to rendering, we use software to give an artistic representation of a modelled object in the form of an image or animation. The video above shows a fly-through render that demonstrates a project we undertook with client Kāinga Ora. We created this short sequence for the COP26 Built Environment Virtual Pavilion in 2021 representing one of only 17 exemplary sustainable project entries selected from around the world.
